Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 熱可塑性発泡樹脂製の外容器と、該外容器の
内周に配したポリエステル樹脂製の内容器とから
なる複合構造であつて、前記外容器と内容器の口
縁部同志を固着すると共に、上記内外容器の壁部
間には前記口縁を除くほぼ全周面に亘つて空気層
を形成したことを特徴とする飲食品用容器。 ２ 上記外容器は、発泡ポリスチレン成形体から
なり、また上記内容器は、ポリエチレンテレフタ
レート成形体からなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の飲食品用容器。
