  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電気絶縁物からなる針体に一対の導電線を
    埋設し、その針先において前記一対の導電線の先
    端を針先表面と同一面上に露出させたことを特徴
    とする電気伝導度測定用ミクロ電極。 (2) 前記導電線が白金からなることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載のミクロ
    電極。 (3) 前記針体がその針先表面を残して金属性注
    射針に装填されたことを特長とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第(1)項又は第(2)項に記載のミクロ電
    極。
