にした作動片１０に前記軸９を中心として作動片
１０の垂直面に約４５度程度の角度を介して設定
した２本の放射状線上のそれぞれに任意設定時に
開閉して被加工体の着脱ができる挾着片１３，１
３を有するチヤツク機構１２，１２を備えて成る
