Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the painting of a stripe pattern, by providing a plurality of vertical barrier plates above a plate material conveyed in a horizontal state in parallel to the conveying direction of the plate material through gaps and dripping the liquid paint sprayed to the single surface of each barrier plate on the plate material. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of vertical barrier plates 2 are parallelly arranged above a plate material 1 conveyed in a horizontal state through gaps in parallel to the conveying direction of the plate material 1 and a liquid paint is sprayed to the single surface of each barrier plate from the part obliquely above the barrier plate to be flowed down along the single surface of the barrier plate and dripped on the plate material from the lower end of each barrier plate. By this method, the painting of a stripe pattern can be perfored to the plate material without using a roll coater.

[Background Art 1] When painting a striped pattern on the surface of a board material such as a building board, it is generally done using a roll coater. That is, as shown in Fig. 3), protrusions 6, 6... are provided on the outer periphery of the roll 5 of the roll twoter, and these protrusions 6, 6... of the roll 5 create a striped pattern on the surface of the plate material. Painting should be done. But roll 5 like this
When painting with a board, there is a problem that if the board material is warped, it will not be possible to paint a uniform striped pattern. Therefore, the protrusions 6 are formed by flocking so that the slight warping of the plate material is absorbed by the bristles forming the protrusions 6, but with this method, the bristles are easily worn out and the life of the roll 5 is shortened. As the bristles get shorter, the bristles are worn out more rapidly, so there is a problem that the feed speed of the board cannot be increased. Moreover, the bristles take time to clean the roll 5, and if the bristles are insufficiently washed, the bristles will harden. There is also the problem that it becomes impossible to paint. When painting a striped pattern using a roll coater, a plurality of striped grooves 7 are formed on the surface of the plate material 1 as shown in Fig. 4 so that no coating is applied inside the grooves 7. It has also been attempted to make it possible to paint a pattern, but this method requires the processing effort of creating grooves 7 in the plate material 1, and is not applicable to plates that require a smooth surface. There is a problem with -1 if you don't.

[Disclosure of the Invention] However, the method for coating a board with a striped pattern according to the present invention involves placing a plurality of vertical baffle plates 2, 2,... with gaps above the board 1 that is being conveyed in a horizontal state. The baffle plates 2, 2 are arranged in parallel parallel to the conveyance direction of the plates 1, and liquid paint is sprayed onto one side of each baffle plate 2, 2 from diagonally above the baffle plates 2, 2. The liquid paint is made to flow down along one side of the baffle plates 2, 2..., and the liquid paint is dripped onto the board material 1 from the lower end of each baffle plate 2, 2... The above object is achieved by making it possible to paint a pattern, and the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to Examples.

FIG. 1 shows an example of the apparatus used in the present invention, in which a board material 1, such as a construction board, is continuously conveyed in a horizontal state on a belt conveyor 8. A plurality of baffle plates 2゜2... are arranged. The baffle plates 2, 2, . . . are arranged perpendicularly to the upper surface of the belt conveyor 8, and are arranged parallel to the running direction of the belt conveyor 8 with a predetermined gap therebetween. Therefore, when applying a striped pattern coating to the surface of the plate material 1 using such a device, while the plate material 1 is being conveyed by the belt conveyor 8, a liquid paint such as an organic solvent type or a water-soluble type is spouted from the spray gun 10. . spray gun 10
The liquid paint spouted from each baffle plate 2, as shown in Figure 2,
In this way, the liquid paint sprayed on one side of each baffle plate 2.2... flows down one side of each baffle plate 2, 2... and is sprayed onto one side of each baffle plate 2. Baffle board 2
.. The liquid paint drips from the lower end of the baffle plate 1 and adheres to the plate material 19, and the liquid paint drips from the outer pot baffle plates 2, 2... over almost the entire length of the lower edge of the baffle plate 2. At the same time, since the plate material 1 is being conveyed by the belt conveyor 8, the liquid paint can be applied to the surface of the plate material 1 as a striped pattern 11 as shown in FIG.
This means that it can be painted.

Here, the baffle plates 2, 2, . . . prevent the paint sprayed from the spray gun 10 from directly acting on the plate 1, and there is no fear that the plate 1 will be soiled.

In addition, as the baffle plate 2, there is no paint adhesion, such as Tear 7.
It is preferable to form the material using 7-based street grease or polyethylene. In this way, the liquid paint can be dripped from the baffle plate 2 efficiently, and the material required for cleaning the baffle plate 2 can be made more efficiently. This saves time and allows you to change paint colors smoothly. Further, the interval and number of striped patterns applied to the plate material 1 can be arbitrarily adjusted by adjusting the interval and number of the baffle plates 2, 2, . . . .

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, a plurality of vertical baffle plates are arranged in parallel with the conveyance direction of the plate material with a gap above the plate material being transported in the horizontal state. Then, liquid paint was sprayed onto one side of each baffle plate from diagonally above the baffle plate, and the liquid paint flowed down along one side of the baffle plate, and the liquid paint was dripped onto the board material from the bottom end of each baffle plate. Because it is a material, it is possible to paint a striped pattern by dripping the liquid paint sprayed onto the baffle plate onto the surface of the board being conveyed from the bottom end of the baffle, and it is not necessary to use a roll coater. This made it possible to apply striped paint using a spray method. Therefore, it is possible to apply a striped pattern without the various problems that occur when using a roll coater.
