発明の構成
上記目的を達成するために本発明は外部接続端子を接合
した圧電基板上に櫛形電極よりなる入出力トランスジュ

とし、この構成とすることにより小形形状の弾性表面波
デバイスが提供でき以下、本発明の一実施例について第
3図および第4図とともに説明する。まず圧電基板8上
