ル再生モード時には上記クロツク発生器から所定
周波数のクロツク信号と規準垂直周期の第１の基
準信号が上記速度サーボ回路が供給され、可変速
再生モード時には、そのテープ速度指令信号に応
じて上記クロツク発生器が制御されて上記クロツ
ク信号の周波数が制御されると共に、このクロツ
ク周波数に基づいて形成された上記第２の基準信
号が上記速度サーボ回路に供給されることにより
、上記キヤプスタンサーボ信号とドラムサーボ信
号とが同時に変更されるようなされたビデオテー
