に、前記両フランジ間に内外２重のシールリング
を介装し、同内外両シールリング間に形成された
空間部と前記本体または蓋体の容器内圧力検出孔
とを圧力比較器を介して連絡するとともに、前記
空間部を圧力調整弁を介してシールガス源に接続
し、同圧力調整弁を前記圧力比較器に連絡してな
