本体３において、内管１の口端部４を外管２の口
端部５より外に貫出した状態とし且つ外管２の口
端部５をラツパ状に広くして口径を大きくすると
共に外管２の口端縁に口金連結用フランジ６を設
け、また内管１の口端縁寄りの個所の外面の外周
面に外向鍔状部９を周設すると共に内管１の前記
貫出の部分のまわりに内径が外管２の口端縁の口
径と同じとされた短い管状の口金１１を被せ嵌め
、この口金１１の内端に外管連結用フランジ１２
を設けて当該外管連結用フランジ１２と前記口金
連結用フランジ６とをクランプ１４により連結し
、また口金１１の外端寄り個所の内周面１８と前
記外向鍔状部９の周縁端面とを軸方向に滑動可能
とし且つ両面間をスクイーズパツキン１９で密封
し、更に口金１１の壁面において外向鍔状部９に
可能な限り近い個所に内管１と外管２の間隙部２
０に連通する管口２１を連結したことを特徴とす
