環を回転自在に装着し、コイルスプリングの一端
を該駆動環に止着するとともにその他端を該心棒
の他端に止着し、該駆動環を生布巻取用パイプの
内壁に固定し、且つ該駆動環から突出する該心棒
の端部を生布巻取用パイプを軸止する支持体に固
定連結して、該コイルスプリングに負荷を加える
ことによつて生布巻取用パイプにトルクを付与す
るようにしたコイルスプリング装置において、該
心棒の突出した端部付近に径方向に突出する突出
部を設けると共に該心棒はその長手方向に一定距
離移動可能とし、一方該駆動環には該突出部に係
合する突起を設け、該係合は該コイルスプリング
を付勢する方向へ心軸、又は駆動環を回転する際
には、該心棒が長手方向を移動することにより解
除され、コイルスプリングの畜力を解放する方向
へ回転する時には係合し、回転を阻止するように
構成したことを特徴とするロールスクリーン用コ
