Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure firmly a coating surface of a waterproofing paint to an air spoiler, by forming a coating surface of a waterproofing paint to an attaching surface of the air spoiler when the air spoiler is molded. CONSTITUTION:A mold by which an air spoiler 10 of a synthetic resin will be molded comprises a top force 6a, and a bottom force 6. The top force 6a is coated with a waterproofing paint 4a. Then, a bolt 5 and a reinforcing plate 3 are set to the top force 6a, and a skin 1 is set to the bottom force 6. A two- pack polyurethane resin 2a is injected onto the skin 1 and the top force 6a is secured onto the bottom force 6. By the reaction between the two liquids, the polyurethane resin 2a is allowed to foam, and the foamed urethane resin 2a, the skin 1 and the waterproofing paint 4a are joined together. When the molding is completed, the attaching surface of the air spoiler 10 where an opening 1a of the skin 1 is located will be covered with the coating surface of the waterproofing paint.
