発明の構成
本発明は、カラー固体撮像素子の表面の保護ガラスの代
用として、光学的干渉を防ぐ為にビデオカラーカメラ等
に必要な水晶サバール板を固体撮像素子の表面KA偏し
、その水晶サバール板に赤外線カット用のフィルター層
を蒸着もしくはスパッタリングして形成したもので、部
品点数を削減させ、各部品間のバラツキをなくし、組立
工数の削減を行い、ゴミ不良等の大幅な低減が図れ品質

を低減することができる。さらに、組み立て時に静電気
によるゴミ等の付着面積を大幅に縮少することができる
ので、光透過率を向上することができ、これによりフォ

護ガラスの代用として、光学的干渉を防ぐためにビデオ
カラーカメラ等に必要な水晶サバール板をカラー固体撮
像素子の表面に具備し、この水晶サバール板に赤外線カ
ット用のフィルター層を蒸着もしくはスパッタリングに
て形成することにより、部品点数を削減させ、各部品間
のバラツキをなくし、組立工数の削減、ゴミ不良品の大
巾な低減が計られ、品質の安定したビデオカラーカメラ
等を提供するものであり、又コストを安価にでき、ビデ
