クオータパネル上部を車体内方へ折曲して形成し
た段部でなり、前記ピラーに交差するベルトライ
ンと、前記ピラーの下部に、クオータパネルの前
部を車体内方へ折曲して上下方向に延びる段部を
形成して構成したドア受け段部とを有する自動車
のボデイ構造において、ピラーとベルトラインと
の交差部上方からドア受け段部の下部までのピラ
ー内及びドア受け段部裏面側に、リーンホースメ
ントを、該リーンホースメントとピラーの板面及
びドア受け段部とで閉断面を形成するよう配設し
、該閉断面の面積は下方に向かうに従い漸減する
ようにしたことを特徴とする自動車のボデイ構造
