Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) A side rail with a closed section structure consisting of an inner side rail and an outer side rail, and a closed side rail consisting of a center pillar part of a rear quarter panel inner and a center pillar part of a rear quarter panel outer. A center pillar with a cross-sectional structure is connected in a substantially T-shape at the upper side of the vehicle body, and a reinforcement is installed inside the closed cross-section structure of the center pillar, and the upper part of this reinforcement is connected to the closed side rail. In an automobile body structure, the reinforcement is inserted into a cross-sectional structure, and the upper end of the reinforcement is connected to a joint between a side rail inner and a side rail outer, and the reinforcement has a hat-shaped cross-section. It is formed into a hat-shaped cross section so as to be received and coupled within the center pillar part of the inner quarter panel, and the side walls of the opposing reinforcements partition the inside of the side rail part of the inner rear quarter panel which has a hat-shaped cross section.
