オータパネルインナのセンタピラー部とリアクオ
ータパネルアウタのセンタピラー部とからなる閉
断面構造のセンタピラーとが車体上方側部におい
て略T字状に結合されており、前記センタピラー
の閉断面構造内にリインフオースメントが内設さ
れ、このリインフオースメントの上部がサイドレ
ールの閉断面構造内に挿入され、かつリインフオ
ースメントの上端部がサイドレールインナとサイ
ドレールアウタとの結合部に結合してある自動車
用車体構造において、前記リインフオースメント
が断面ハツト形に形成されたリアクオータパネル
インナのセンタピラー部内に受容結合されるよう
に断面ハツト形に形成されており、対峙するリイ
ンフオースメントの側壁が断面ハツト形のリアク
オータパネルインナのサイドレール部内を区画し
ており、サイドインナがリアクオータパネルイン
ナのサイドレール部内に受容結合される断面ハツ
ト形の前方部分と、リアクオータパネルインナの
サイドレール部と共同して閉断面部を形成し、か
つ前記リインフオースメントの開口部を覆う平面
状の後方部分と、前方部分と後方部分とを連結す
る連結部とを有していることを特徴とする自動車
のセンタピラー上部構造。 (2) サイドレールの下縁にリインフオースメン
トの側壁間を上下に区画するセンタピラー仕切面
