突起とストツパ用突起とがそれぞれ突設され、前
記ポケツト部材の側面に対向するロアカバー側の
部分に、前記枢支用突起を枢支可能に受容する枢
支用リブと、前記ポケツト部材が全開位置にある
ときに前記ストツパ用突起に当接するストツパ用
リブとが設けられていることにより前記ポケツト
部材が開閉自在とされ、さらに前記枢支用リブの
一部が開かれていることにより前記ポケツト部材
をインストルメントパネルから着脱自在にしてあ
