Abstract

PURPOSE:To control automatically the relative position of each member less expensively at the time of releasing the brake by fitting an automatic control elastic sealing material to the circumferential surfaces of a pressure plate and a piston. CONSTITUTION:The circumferential surface of a pressure plate 10 pressing a disc 4 is so fitted as to be free to slide on the internal surface 11 of its housing, and a piston 12 pressing the said pressure plate 10 is so fitted as to be free to slide on a cylinder 15 installed continuously to a casing 14. Sealing grooves 17 and 16 are formed respectively on the circumferential surface of the pressure plate 10 and the internal surface of the cylinder 15, and fitted with elastic sealing materials 19 and 18 such as square ring type for both sealing and automatic adjustment purposes.

解除時のピストン及びプレッシャプレートとディスク部
の関係位置を安価に自動調整するようにしたものである

るための油圧ピストンを該ハウジング蓋体のシリンダ部
に嵌挿配設したディスクブレーキにして、上記シリンダ
内周部及びプレッシャプレート外周部に夫々シール溝を
凹設し、このシール溝に自動調整用弾性シール部材を装
着したことを特徴とする油圧式ウェットディスクブレー
キ。
