外側に延する平面部１０とで構成されるフランジ
部６が形成され 蓋体３にはフランジ部６に対応し、凹状溝９に
嵌合する凸状部１１と、これに連接し平面部１０
に対応する外側平面部１２とが形成されてなり、 台紙の穴８に台紙の一面から凸状部７を挿入し

接させ、連結部４を折り曲げて台紙の他面から蓋
体３を被せ、凸状部の凹状溝９に蓋体の凸状部１
