を介して被せ嵌めた上記の内側キヤツプ3を覆い
隠す大きさの外側キヤツプ8と、この外側キヤツ
プ8の天壁の下面に設けた上記の小径筒口5の外
側に摺動可能な気密の状態に嵌着する筒部9と、
小径筒口5の外周面および筒部9の内周面に設け
た相互に係合して上記の特殊キーの軸方向移動の
上限および下限を規制する係合突条11および広
幅係合凹条12と、外側キヤツプ8の天壁に於て
被せ嵌め時に小径筒口5の開口面と対応する個所
に開設した絞出口13と、小径筒口5の先端部内
にアーム14を介して設けた栓体15とを備え、
この栓体15は外側キヤツプ8を特殊キーの下限
まで押下した時には絞出口13に密に嵌着して同
絞出口13を閉止状態としまた上限もしくは近く
まで引上げた時には開放状態とするようにしたこ
