That is, the time and frequency of washing and rinsing, which the user conventionally determined based on experience and intuition, are detected by a state detection means, ie, a sensor, and are automatically set. Although this has become more convenient and less troublesome for the user, on the other hand, it has caused a problem in that the user is unsure whether or not the washing process that he just performed was satisfactory to the user.

Structure of the Invention The present invention includes a state detection means for detecting the washing state, and a control means for controlling the load by imposing time or number constraints on subsequent steps based on the output of the state detection means,
The control means relates to a washing machine control device which outputs the process of a predetermined process to a display means through an output means to display the washing process after the completion of a predetermined process.

is a state detection means, which is a so-called sensor that detects the state of washing. Reference numeral 2 denotes a control means which detects the washing state by the state detecting means 1 and controls the load 3 based on the signal. Reference numeral 4 denotes a display means, which includes at least a progress display means 5 for displaying the progress of the washing state, and is controlled by the control means 2 to output the process of the process through the output means 6 after the completion of all the processes. be done.

As shown in Figure 2, if the horizontal axis is the washing time and the vertical axis is the light transmittance, as the washing time progresses, the dirt on the laundry comes off and the washing liquid becomes thicker, and the light transmittance gradually decreases. It's coming. As time progresses further and the dirt on the film cannot be removed,
The degree of turbidity becomes saturated and the transmittance of light does not change. Input the transmittance of this light every minute from immediately after the start of washing. The completion of washing can be detected by controlling the control means 2 so that the washing process ends when the following conditions are satisfied.

Δv is preferably set to a value that can be considered to be almost saturated if lvl Vl-, 19v f is satisfied. If the maximum washing time is 8 minutes, the washing time is 1 minute to 8 minutes, and every 1 minute is 8 minutes.
Step-by-step control is now possible, and the washing time setting, which previously relied on the user's experience and intuition, is now optimally set automatically.

Next, after a series of rinsing and spin-drying steps are completed, the state detection means 1 outputs the number of minutes of the time-restricted steps, that is, the washing time in this embodiment, by the control means 2 via the output means 6. If you prepare to do so, you can understand it at a glance by providing the display means 4. In particular, if the device is equipped with a progress display means 6 having three displays LKDi indicating which step is being executed among the three steps of "washing", "rinsing", and "dehydration", all steps are completed. In this case, the progress display means 5 is not necessary, so that it can be used also as the display means 4.

In the device having three display LEDs as described above, if the output is in binary code, it is 3 bits, so eight types of output as shown in FIG. 3 are possible. That is, when the dehydration progress display 7 is lit, it is 1 minute, and when the rinsing progress display 8 is lit, it is 2 minutes.
If the wash Ru progress indicator 9 is given a weight of 4 minutes when it is turned on, the above-mentioned washing execution time can be displayed using the progress indicator 5. That is, after the completion of the entire process, when only the dehydration progress display 7 is lit, the washing R1 time is 1 minute, when only the rinsing progress display 8 is on, it is 2 minutes, and when the dehydration progress display A and the rinsing progress display 8 are on, the washing R1 time is 1 minute. 3 minutes if the light is on...
When all the displays are off, the time is 8 minutes.

In addition to the above three LEDs, there are various displays LKDi, such as a setting display LED for the operation SW. Therefore, the display of each of these display LEDs after the completion of the cycle not only shows the washing time, but also the number of rinses automatically set by the rinse sensor, the spin-drying time automatically set by the spin-dry sensor,
Various results such as the water level automatically set by the cloth amount sensor can be encoded and output and displayed.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the washing machine control device of the present invention imposes time or number constraints on the subsequent strokes based on the output of the state detection means for detecting the washing state. If the washing machine's progress display means is also used to output the process of the washing process after the completion of a predetermined process, the user can use a special display means to display the process in which the laundry that has been washed has been washed. You will be able to know what you are doing and your anxiety will be wiped away. In addition, even when monitoring the product, there is no need to constantly check the number of minutes and times in front of the washing machine during washing. By checking the status, you can easily understand the process of executing the process.
It has an extremely large effect.
