割しさらに電極のグループの数に対応する数に前
記導電性ブラシを分割すると共に、それぞれのグ
ループの対応する位置にある電極を連続し、又そ
れぞれのブループに対して１個の補助電極を前記
分割した導電性ブラシを介して前記電極に電気的
に接触するように設け、各補助電極を選択的に接
地するかあるいは電源に接続するスイツチ手段を
設け、前記スイツチ手段を順次開閉するように構
成したことを特徴とする原稿サイドエツジ検出装
