(Prior Art) Conventionally, the main structural materials used to construct buildings are made of substantially the same material. For example, in a building with a wood panel structure, the wood panel body is the main structural material, and in a PC wall structure, etc., a precast concrete panel is the main structural material. In other words, the main structural materials for buildings are usually made of the same material.
Buildings were rarely constructed using a mixture of wood panels and precast concrete panels.

The reason why it was not possible to form a single building by mixing different types of structural materials is that there was no suitable joining means to join these different types of structural materials together, and the joints This is because sufficient rigidity could not be ensured.

In particular, it was not possible to easily obtain a joint structure that transmitted and dispersed the load applied to the wall surface to the floor surface, so it was not possible to transmit the vertical and horizontal loads of the building to the ground in a well-balanced manner, and the mixed use of different types of structural materials were reluctant.

(Objective and Summary of the Invention) Therefore, in view of the above points, the present invention aims to actively utilize different types of constituent materials, and in particular uses precast concrete panels as the outer peripheral wall of the building structure, while wood panels are used as the floor panels of the structure. The present invention provides a joining structure in which two dissimilar constituent materials are fixed on a foundation using a joining hardware formed with a Z-shaped cross section. This joint structure allows the vertical and horizontal loads applied to the exterior wall panels to be transmitted to the entire floor panel in a well-balanced manner, and ultimately to the ground via the foundation.

The joining hardware 1 has an upper piece 12 that extends from the upper side of the body part 11 in a direction perpendicular to the body part 11, and also has a lower piece 13 extending from the upper side of the body part 11 in the direction perpendicular to the side opposite to the upper piece 12. The cross section is formed into a substantially Z-shape. The height of the body portion 11 is approximately equal to the thickness of the floor panel, as will be described later. Further, an anchor insertion hole 14 is bored approximately in the center of the upper piece 12.
A mouth-shaped reinforcing rib 15 is provided on the surface of the body 11. Furthermore, nail holes 16..., 17... are bored in the body portion 11 and the upper piece 12 at required positions, respectively.

In particular, the shearing force from the wall panel is distributed throughout the floor panel, resulting in extremely good stress transmission. Moreover, although the shape of the joining hardware itself is extremely simple, it is made strong by the reinforcing ribs, the joining work is simple, and the overall construction cost is extremely low.
