Abstract

PURPOSE:To have continuous grinding of wood works by placing works on a conveyor, performing grinding only in the division where the grinding means is provided, and by setting these intervals to an appropriate value. CONSTITUTION:Wood works to be ground 6, 7, 8 are placed on a belt conveyor 1, whereon they are pressed by a spring-loaded push roller 5. A limit switch 3 is installed to sense off the leading and trailing edges of each work, while a control circuit 4 is provided to control the grinding time through approach and retraction of a grinding means 2. As grinding means 2 is used a paper file 10, which is approached and retracted to/from the end of each wood work 6, with a pad 14 interposed, through energization and deenergization of a solenoid 13. Wood works of different forms are ground by adjusting the pressure of this air solenoid 13. Thus the works can be ground continuously by transporting them on the conveyor continuously.

でを連結する。この連結の利用でより一層複雑な製品の
