両通路を流通する室外空気と室内空気とを間接的
に熱交換せしめる熱交換器と、を備えた空調換気
扇において、前記室外空気吸入通路の熱交換器よ
り上流部と室内空気排出通路の熱交換器より下流
部とに、これら両通路部を同時に開閉切換する第
１のダンパ装置を設けるとともに、該第１のダン
パ装置より熱交換器側の前記両通路部相互を連絡
する連絡通路を形成し、該連絡通路を前記第１の
ダンパ装置による両通路の閉時に開、開時に閉と
なるように開閉切換する第２のダンパ装置を設け
る一方、前記室内空気排出通路の第１のダンパ装
置により閉じられる通路部分の最下端部に排水流
通用間隙を形成したことを特徴とする空調換気扇
