る反応射出成形装置において、上記スライドコア
とコア本体もしくは金型との間に形成された摺動
面に面して、該スライドコアとコア本体もしくは
金型に断熱材が配設され、上記摺動面が断熱材で
囲繞されて摺動面内がキヤビテイ温度より低温に
保持されるとともに、この摺動面にシール剤吐出
口が開口され、該シール剤吐出口に、断熱された
摺動面内では硬化せずキヤビテイ温度で硬化する
熱硬化シール剤を金型のキヤビテイ内に反応硬化
性樹脂が射出される前に吐出するシール剤供給機
構が接続されたことを特徴とする反応射出成形装
