Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 副走査用の移動ステージ上に感光体を載置して
この感光体の感光面を変調された光スポツトで主
走査することにより、前記感光面に所望のパター
ンを描画する装置において、 前記感光体の感光面と反対の面を吸着する板状
の吸着台と、前記感光体の感光面上のパターン描
画領域以外の部分に当接する当接面を有し、当該
当接面の位置が光スポツトの結像位置と所定の配
置関係となるように定められた基準部材と、この
基準部材の当接面に前記感光体の感光面側が当接
するように前記移動ステージに対して前記吸着台
を押圧付勢する付勢手段とを設けたことを特徴と
するパターン描画装置。
