- 表面がシート状の剛体からなる、弾性体に覆わ
れ水平方向に可動する検査テーブルと、前記検査
テーブルの上方に隣接して配設した光源及び一次
元光スキヤナーと、前記一次元光スキヤナーの視
野を挾んで下端が前記検査テーブル面に接するよ
う平行に軸支配設した一対の焦点つきあてローラ
とを有することを特徴とする板体の外観検査装置
。
