応して該被測定回路から出力される信号を入力信
号として前記第２の切替スイツチの他方の接点を
介して前記測定装置に送出するマトリクス部とを
有する第１および第２の接続ユニツトを有してお
り、 前記第１の接続ユニツトでは、前記第１および
第２の切替スイツチのそれぞれが前記測定装置に
直接接続されており、前記第２の接続ユニツトで
は、前記第１および第２の切替スイツチのそれぞ
れが、前記第１の接続ユニツトの前記第１および
第２の切替スイツチのそれぞれの一方の接点に接
