- 弁作用を有する金属粉末を加圧成形し、高温真
空焼結した円柱状焼結体を用い樹脂外装してなる
有極性固体電解コンデンサにおいて前記円柱状焼
結体の一部を高さ方向に切り欠いたことを特徴と
する有極性固体電解コンデンサ。
