Claims (1)
- タンタル粉末を加圧成型し、高温真空焼結した
焼結体に誘電体層、陰極層を順次形成してコンデ
ンサ素子を形成し、該コンデンサ素子に陽・陰極
端子を接続し、非外装あるいは外装してなるタン
タル固体電解コンデンサにおいて、前記焼結素子
の一対の相対する面が非対称の焼結体を成型し、
前記焼結体の表面に誘導体層、陰極層を順次形成
してコンデンサ素子とし、前記コンデンサ素子に
陰極端子を引つ掛け止めしたことを特徴とするタ
ンタル固体電解コンデンサ。
