け、上記連通管に介設した開閉可能の仕切板の開
閉時期と、上記水位調整槽の底面の排水孔に設け
た開閉自在の栓の開閉時期と、上記洗浄水の供給
管の途中に設けた開閉弁の開閉時期とをたがいに
関連制御する手段をそなえることを特徴とする灰
