分に亘つて嵌合せられたコイルスプリングの外周
部から上記回転軸部分の、一方の回転軸部分を形
成するロータの外周部に至る部分を覆い、かつ一
端部において上記回転軸部分の他方の回転軸部分
で支持された一連のカバーを設け、このカバーの
他方端部と上記ロータの周辺部間にシールを介在
させるとともに上記コイルスプリングに巻締力を
付与させるためのアーマチユアを、その内周面に
おいて上記カバーの内壁に突設された円筒状部で
摺動自在に支持させたことを特徴とする電磁スプ
