DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention is directed to a central cash processing center owned by, for example, a bank, in which a predetermined number (for example, 4000 coins) of selected bulk coins are lent and formed. Coins that are used to re-count the loose coins in the cash bag to see if they are the correct number and remove damaged coins, and then wrap them into a specified number (for example, 50 coins) to make a coin bar. This relates to a processing method.

They are passed through a separate machine and sorted by type, and a predetermined number (for example, 4,000) of the same type are placed in bags to form cash bags. A large number of these cash bags are manually loaded onto a hand truck-H and transported to the location where the checking and counting device is installed. 1. After the required checks and counts are carried out, they are packed into bags again. This new cash bag is manually placed on a counter to check the number of bags by weight. Next, the cash bags are manually unloaded from the weighing machine and loaded onto the handcart again. The cash bag on the push cart is a constant coin color! A%'1 is transported, and the loose coins inside are manually placed into the hopper of the constant coin packaging device. The inserted bulk coins are wrapped into bars of, for example, 50 coins each by a constant coin wrapping device. A predetermined number of these coins are packed into a shipping box,
The boxes are then manually stacked onto push carts, which are then transported to storage and shipping locations.

The cash bag must be manually transferred many times, or the cash bag must be lifted and loose coins inserted, which is a considerable burden on the personnel. One possible solution to this would be to increase the number of personnel, but this would be a departure from the trend of increasing efficiency and reducing the number of personnel.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the coin processing method of the present invention involves transporting a cash bag containing a predetermined number of sorted bulk coins to a settlement facility using a conveying device, and in the settlement facility, After putting the loose coins into the coin storage section of the self-propelled trolley,
The self-propelled cart feeds the checked and counted loose coins into the checking and counting device, and the checked and counted loose coins are packed back into the bag to form a cash bag, which is then conveyed to a weighing conveyor and weighed, and then the cash bag is wrapped by the conveying device. In this packaging equipment, the loose coins are put into the coin storage section of a self-propelled trolley, and then from the self-propelled trolley, they are put into a fixed number of coin packaging, and the coins formed here are packed into a box with a predetermined number of coins. After being filled, the boxes are transported to a storage facility or shipping location using a transport device.

The money is transported by cash transport vehicle (3) from each branch of the bank to the store where the bank's coin processing system is installed. Then, they are sold at the store where they are installed, and at that time they use self-propelled or hand-propelled trolleys (4
), either directly or via pallets. For example, when sorting is not being carried out at a shipping branch, the loose coins (1) from this unsorted cash bag (2) are taken out and sorted by a sorting machine, and the sorted loose coins (1) are put in. The cash bags (2) are loaded onto the trolley (4) as described above. The stacked cash bags (2) are transported by a trolley (4) and carried into the settlement facility (5).

A self-propelled trolley (ti) is provided which can freely reciprocate on a fixed path while being guided by the trolley (ti), and this self-propelled trolley (11) has a coin storage section (12) which can be freely raised and laid down in the left and right directions. Therefore, the self-propelled trolley (11) made by standing up the empty hard emitter storage part (12) is transferred to the divided rail (8),
By lowering the elevating body (7), the coin storage section (12) can be positioned near the trolley (4).

The pump (14) provided at the top can be freely received from the chute (15) attached to the fixed rail (10). The movement of the self-propelled vehicle (11) on the above-mentioned fixed path is controlled at the control location (16), and at the side of the checking/counting device (13) which issues a call signal based on the completion of the previous work. Stop. In this state, the coin storage section (12) is swung horizontally, and all of the loose coins (1) in the coin storage section (12) are thrown into the hopper (14) via the chute (15). After that, the coin storage section (1

Effects of the Invention According to the coin processing method of the present invention having the above configuration, cash bags and loose coins can be transported using a transport device or a self-propelled trolley, and the checking/counting device or constant coins can be transported from the self-propelled trolley. Inserting bulk coins into the packaging device can be done mechanically and automatically without relying on manual labor by one person. As a result, manual labor can be reduced compared to the conventional method, and coin processing can be carried out efficiently with light work performed by a minimum number of personnel.

1. A cash bag containing a predetermined number of sorted loose coins is transported by a conveyance device to a checkout facility, and at this checkout facility, the loose coins are put into the coin storage section of a self-propelled trolley, and then checked from the self-propelled trolley.・Put it into a counting device and check it.
The counted loose coins are packed into the bag again to form a cash bag, which is then conveyed to a weighing conveyor for weighing. Then, the cash bag is conveyed by a conveying device to a packaging facility, where the bulk coins are self-propelled. After putting the coins into the coin storage section of the cart, the self-propelled cart inserts the coins into a constant coin packaging device, where a predetermined number of coin bars are filled into a box, and then the boxes are transferred to a storage facility or a shipping location by a transport device.
