Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to prevent the breaking of a lead wire even when a terminal is bent by a method wherein two protrusions are provided in the groove with which a lead wire is led out, the lead wire is pushed between the protrusions in a sagging manner. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of pin-shaped terminals 9 are erected on one of flanges 7 of a coil bobbin 8 having flanges 6 and 7 on both ends whereon a winding 5 is wound around, and a groove 11 with which the lead wire 10 of the winding is led out is provided. Two protrusions 12 and 13 intersecting at right angle with the lead out direction of the lead wire 10 are provided in the groove 11. The lead wire 10 is led out passing on the protrusions 12 and 13, and after it is pushed in between the protrusions 12 and 13, it is wound on the terminal 9, and a soldering is performed thereon. The lead wire 10 is sagged in the groove 11, and it is not broken even when the terminal 9 is bent in the pulling direction of the lead wire 10, because of the extension of the sagged part.
