Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain the quick reproduction of information by writing a detection address signal to a memory with which the service interruption is compensated before the reproduction is interrupted with an information recorded disk, reading a detection address obtained immediately before interruption of the reproduction out of the memory after the service interruption is recovered and shifting a signal reproduction means to a desired reproduction position. CONSTITUTION:An indication for storage of reproduction address is given to a controller 21 from an operation part 22 before the reproduction of a disk 1 is interrupted. Then the controller 21 designates a memory address to a memory 23 and writes the present reproduction address through an address signal reading part 20. Then the controller 21 checks whether the part 22 already interrupted the reproduction or not. The memory 23 holds the position information on the reproduction interruption point by an auxiliary power supply 24 like a battery, etc. even though the power supply is cut off. When the disk 1 is reproduced after an interruption, the controller 21 reads a detection address signal obtained immediately before interruption of the reproduction out of the memory 23 and uses it as an address signal of a desired position of reproduction to shift a signal reproduction means 5. Thus the disk 1 can be reproduced automatically even in case a power supply is cut off after interruption of reproduction.

Here, as an example, the VH'D video disk reproducing apparatus shown in FIG. 1 will be described. In FIG. 1, a disk 1 on a turntable 2 is driven by a motor 4 whose rotation is controlled by a turntable motor controller 3. As shown in FIG. The information signal recorded on the disc 1 is detected as an electrical signal by the signal detection means 5. The detected information signal is FM
It passes through the demodulation section 15, the video signal processing section 16, and the audio signal processing section 17, respectively, and is modulated into II.
Played on IF18. Note that the signal detecting means 5 also detects a tracking signal for tracking the information signal sequence. If the information signal sequence is not correctly tracked, it is detected as an error signal by the tracking control signal detection unit 11 that constitutes the tracking control unit 10, and is detected as an error signal by the tracking control actuator 6 through the compensation unit 12 and the drive unit 13.
Tracking control is performed so that the signal detecting means 5 is moved in the radial direction of the disk 1 by driving to accurately track the information signal sequence. Further, the controller 21 instructs the kick pulse generator 14 to output a pulse called a kick pulse, and the tracking controller 10 outputs a pulse called a kick pulse.
By adding this signal to the drive unit 13, it is possible to drive the tracking control actuator 6 and forcibly move the signal detection means 5 to an adjacent track. By applying this pulse, it is possible to speed up or slow down the playback speed of the disc 1. Furthermore, in order to move the signal detection means 5 in the radial direction of the disk 1, there is a feed mechanism 7 that converts the rotation of the feed motor 8 into a radial movement. As a result, the feed control section 9 controls the feed motor 8 to move the signal detection means 5 from the outer circumference to the inner circumference of the disk 1 for reproduction. In the recorded video signal, as shown in FIG. 2, an address signal B indicating the position information on the disk 1 is recorded in the vertical blanking area fllA, so this address signal B is extracted from the video signal. The address signal reader 20 reads the signal according to the instruction from the synchronization signal separator 19, inputs it into the controller 21, calculates the difference between the detected address signal and the target position input manually from the operation section 22, and calculates the difference. Accordingly, the feed control section 9 and the tracking control section 10 are comprehensively controlled by the controller 21, and the disk 1
A specific position on the screen can be detected. Note that 23 is a volatile memory that stores control data of the controller 21, and the data is lost in the event of a power outage.

By the way, while the disc 1 is being played back, the playback may be interrupted due to unavoidable circumstances. For a short period of time, the progress of the signal detection means 5 on the disc 1 can be stopped by using the pause function etc., and the progress of the disc playback can be stopped. However, if the playback has to be interrupted for a long time, the signal The detection means 5 is once returned from above the disk 1 to the standby position, and the disk is taken out. Moreover, the power may be turned off (hereinafter referred to as OFF). After that, when the operator tries to play the previous disc again and see the continuation of the recorded contents of the disc, the power is turned on, the disc is inserted, and the operator searches again for the location information on the disc where the disc was interrupted. Currently, the only way to search is to instruct the playback device or use high-speed playback while watching the screen, which is very inconvenient.

Structure of the Invention The information recording disk reproducing apparatus of the present invention detects the current position of a signal reproducing means for reading information from a disk-shaped recording medium from an address signal of the disk-shaped recording medium, and this detected address signal is used as an address of a target reproduction position. The signal reproducing means is configured to be moved closer to the signal, and the detected address signal is written in a memory compensated for power outage prior to interrupting the reproduction, and after liIm, the detected address signal immediately before the reproduction is interrupted is read from the memory. This is used as an address signal for the target reproduction position to move the signal reproduction means, so that even if reproduction is interrupted and the power is turned off, reproduction can be continued from the position on the disc-shaped recording medium where reproduction was previously interrupted. It is characterized by being able to start playback.

Next, the controller 21 checks (a-5) whether or not it has received an instruction to interrupt playback from the operation unit 22, and then (a-5).

-5) When the reproduction interruption execution is detected, the updating of the reproduction address data is finished, the reproduction of the disc 1 is interrupted, and the signal detecting means 5 is returned from above the disc to the standby position. Note that in the flowchart of FIG. 4, the operations input separately via the operation unit 22 are shown as (a-2) and (a-5).
Although the playback interruption processing was executed by sequentially determining the playback address using the operation unit 22, the playback address is memorized and the signal detection means 5 is returned to the standby position. The same is true. Also, in FIG. 3, the memory 23 is an auxiliary battery, etc.? ! Since power is supplied from the source 24, even if the power is turned off after completing the update in step (a-5), the previously stored "position information" of the playback interruption point is retained.

Next, when reproducing the disc whose reproduction was previously interrupted, the controller 21 executes the flowchart shown in FIG. 5 when the power of the reproducing apparatus is turned on. 1m, when a continuation playback instruction is input via the operation unit 22 to play the continuation of the previously interrupted disc recording information, it is determined that the continuous playback process is to be performed, and the process is executed via (b-1). The reproduction address information of the reproduction interruption point is read out from the memory 23 and is set as the search target. It is already known that it is possible to detect an address signal recorded on a disc and search for a specific position on the disc.
In -5), the difference between the search target and the address signal currently being reproduced is calculated, and the feed control section 9 and tracking control section 10 are controlled by the controller 21 according to the difference to search for the target. When the target search is completed, the process returns to (a-1) and normal playback is performed.

As described in the detailed description of the invention, the information recording disk reproducing apparatus of the present invention detects the current position of a signal reproducing means for reading information from a disk-shaped recording medium from an address signal of the disk-shaped recording medium, and detects the detected address signal. The signal reproducing means is configured to move so as to approach the address signal of the target reproduction position, and the detected address signal is written in a memory compensated for a power outage prior to interruption of reproduction, and after the power outage, the detected address immediately before interruption of reproduction is read from the memory. Since the configuration is such that the signal is read out and used as an address signal for the target playback position to move the signal playback means, even if playback is interrupted midway and the power to the playback device is turned off to 0FFL, when the power is turned on again, the previous You can enjoy the playback from the position where the playback was interrupted.
