Claims (1)
- 通常は回路電源で駆動され回路電源の出力電圧
が所定の電圧よりも低下した時はバツクアツプ電
源により駆動されるように構成されたメモリ保護
回路において、回路電源の出力電圧の低下により
メモリに影響を及ぼす周辺回路を回路電源の出力
電圧がこれら周辺回路を完全に駆動できなくなる
値に低下するまでの間バツクアツプ電源で駆動す
るように構成されたことを特徴とするメモリ保護
回路。
