絶縁され、且つ抵抗を介してアースに接地されて
おり、 前記ケースは、その一部又は全部が導電性部材
で掲載されて成ると共に、該導電性部材が所定の
抵抗値Ｒｃの抵抗を介してアースに接地されて成
