Claims (1)
- 電気炉内に保持されカツプ状をなす石英製保持
部材と、この石英製保持部材の底板上の底板上に
載置された試料と、この試料上に載置され棒状を
なす石英製プローブと、この石英製プローブの上
端に設けられ棒状をなすと共に温度上昇により伸
長可能なアルミニウム製継手と、このアルミニウ
ム製継手の上端に設けられた差動トランスコアと
、前記石英製保持部材の上端に形成された金属製
移動機構と、この金属製移動機構上に設けられた
差動トランス本体と、前記電気炉に接続された温
度制御部とを備え、室温の上昇に供ない前記金属
移動機構が伸長した場合、前記アルミニウム製継
手も温度上昇により伸長し、前記差動トランスコ
アが差動トランス本体の定位置に保持されるよう
に構成した熱機械的分析装置。
