    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 機関吸気通路内に過給機を配置し、該過給機上
    流の吸気通路からバイパス通路を分岐して該バイ
    パス通路を過給機下流の吸気通路内に連結したデ
    イーゼル機関において、機関負荷に応動して低負
    荷運転時には全開よりも小さな予め定められた一
    定開度まで開弁し、中負荷運転時には全開し、高
    負荷運転時には全閉するバイパス制御弁を上記バ
    イパス通路内に配置したデイーゼル機関の過給圧
    制御装置。
