ト生機の裏面に所定量散布して熱処理して樹脂を溶融固
着し軽ろくプレスして冷却すれば自動車カーペットが製
造できる。ここで必要によりバージン樹脂をブレンドす
るのはカーペット端材の種類によシ樹脂と繊維の割合が
一定ではなく繊維の割合が多くなると物性が低下するの
