PRIOR ART AND ITS DISADVANTAGES Conventional tablets, Buddhist temples, etc. are usually made of wood materials and have the effect of giving survivors a sense of closeness when they honor them, as if they were living with them forever. For this reason, if possible, when the dead body is placed in a coffin after death, a memorial tablet or a memorial hole should be made to coexist with the body at the same time.
I would like to transfer it, but since it is made of wood, it will burn, so I can't have it coexist with the oai.

Solution: In order to meet the above-mentioned demands, the present inventors have been conducting intensive research, and in this research, they came up with a completely new idea that had never been seen before, such as making memorial tablets and posthumous memorial holes out of ceramic. As a result of continuing research based on this idea, the following became clear.

In other words, when firing a coffin to produce bones, it is necessary to completely reduce the human corpse to bones within about 40 minutes to 1 hour, which is a fairly high temperature and short firing time. The atmosphere is a unique mixture of various substances generated from human corpses. Therefore, even if a ceramic material is glazed in such a unique atmosphere and words are drawn on it with the glaze, it is difficult to see whether the desired words will appear properly and whether they will be formed on the material with strong adhesive force or not. It is completely unpredictable. However, as a result of actual experimental research on various materials, we have found that ceramic materials, especially alumina materials, are glazed with a glaze that gives a black or brown color after firing. It was found that the intended purpose could be achieved when the words were drawn using a glaze of a different color tone from the glaze, preferably a gold thread glaze, and based on this, a separate patent application was filed for the invention. Head No. 59-68098).

As a result of further research, the present inventor discovered that the above object can be achieved in the same manner as above even when hair, nails, bones, etc. derived from a deceased person are used instead of a corpse in the above invention. The invention has been completed.

Structure and Effects of the Invention The present invention involves applying a glaze to a ceramic material, vitrifying the glaze by firing if necessary, drawing a desired word on the glaze using the glaze, and then drawing a desired word on it using the glaze. This invention relates to a method for producing car allowance tiles, which is characterized by firing them together with hair, nails, bones, etc.

As the ceramic material used as the base material in the present invention, a stable material that does not undergo any change even when fired together with hair, nails, bones, etc. derived from a deceased person in a firing furnace etc. can be used. Typical examples include alumina-based materials such as alumina sintered bodies, and other specific examples include oxide-based ceramics such as Zirco: p1 magnesise and cordierite. Particularly in the present invention, alumina-based materials are preferred. The size of the material is not particularly limited, and various shapes can be determined from a wide range, but it is usually used as a rectangular parallelepiped or a slightly modified shape of a rectangular parallelepiped.

Examples of the color tone at this time include those where the color tone after firing is black or brown, and those where the color tone is blue or has a border.
The former color tone is particularly preferred. At this time, gold thread glaze can also be used, but it is preferable to use this glaze as a frame for the material.

° In the present invention, after the glaze is vitrified without firing after glazing or by firing as necessary, a glaze that develops a different color tone, particularly preferably a gold thread glaze, is used to create the desired character. to draw. This token is usually written as the '1st generation, but it is not limited to this. Specific expressions for car fees include posthumous names, names, honorable names, and nenmei. This is then combined with hair, nails, and hair derived from the deceased.
It is baked in a kiln or the like with or without placing it in a suitable heat-resistant container together with the bones, etc. At this time, hair, nails, bones, etc. derived from the deceased should be placed as close to the substrate as possible in order to allow sufficient contact between the unique atmosphere generated by the hair, nails, bones, etc., and the substrate treated as described above. preferable. Further, the firing at this time may be performed under the same firing conditions as those sufficient to convert a corpse into bones, but the firing conditions may be slightly lower than these.

The male car allowance tiles according to the present invention manufactured in this way are fired together with the hair, nails, bones, etc. of the deceased, so they give the consciousness as if the spirit of the deceased has possessed the tile and can be used as car allowance tiles. The glaze is completely or partially crazed under the above-mentioned unique ambient atmosphere, giving it a unique color tone, luster, and texture, or a unique firing pattern. Moreover, the words have a unique color tone based on a deep golden color, and have a strong adhesive force that firmly adheres to the glaze layer on the material and will not peel off easily.

Example 1 Alumina powder was molded into a plate-shaped body having the shape shown in FIG. 1 according to a conventional method and fired at 1400 to 1700°C for 30 hours to prepare an alumina-based material. On top of this, apply a glaze whose main components are iron oxide and glassy substances from 0o02 to 0-051/l.
The entire body is glazed at a ratio of
After being fired for a long time and allowed to cool naturally, the words ``Namu Amida Butsu'' are drawn on it using water gold (all-system glaze), and the common name and date of death are also drawn on the reverse side. The hair and nails from the deceased were placed in a small heat-resistant container and fired in a kiln. The resulting car ticket was made of a black-based material with a unique deep-seated zengaku inscription that read ``Amitabha Buddha'', and the words could not be easily removed.
