圧するプツシユロツドと、上記プツシユロツドの
後端外周に設けられネジ部が螺入するネジ孔を有
しプツシユロツドとは反対側の端部にフランジを
有する調整筒体と、上記ネジ部に螺着されて調整
筒体の先端を押圧する上記調整筒体のフランジが
開口側に位置してこのフランジと底壁との間で挾
持されるクツシヨン体を収納する有底の包囲筒体
と、上記包囲筒体の開口側内周と調整筒体の外周
との間に位置するリング状の塞体と、上記包囲筒
体に一端が接続され、他端がクラツチペタルに接
続されたクレビスとを備え、上記調整筒体の外周
に平坦部を設け、塞体における内周に上記平坦部
にほぼ対接する平坦部を設け、かつ上記塞体の外
周側に凹部を設け上記包囲筒体における内周に上
記溝に嵌入するカシメ部を設けて、調整筒体と塞
体と包囲筒体とを周方向に一体化したことを特徴
