管を介して接続され浮子室に燃料を供給する燃料
ポンプと、浮子室内に位置し燃料油面の高さに応
じて上下動する浮子と、前記燃料入口に設けられ
浮子と連動し同浮子が上方に移動するにつれて締
切力を増大するニードルバルブを備えた気化器に
おいて、形状記憶合金の薄板を中空形状に形成し
た外殻により前記浮子を構成し、この外殻の温度
上昇に伴う変形により浮子の燃料油面の下にある
部分の容積を拡大させ、この容積の拡大に伴う浮
子の浮力の増加により前記ニードルバルブの締切
力を強制的に増加させて温度上昇による前記供給
管より浮子室内への燃料ベーパの流入を阻止する
