本発明は、はんぺん、つみれ、さつま揚等の自
動製造装置の改良に関し、特に、従来技術に比し
て歩留まりを格段に改善した自動食品煮沸製造装

びかれ、次いで、掬い上げおよび反転機構12に
よつて掬い取られ、そのまま上方へ運ばれて次の
処理装置へ導びかれる。次の処理装置へ導びかれ
た成形品は、水洗い、漂白、殺菌、水切等の処理
が施こされた後、順次包装機に導びかれて包装さ

ら、この区間で成形品の移動が不規則になり、実
際に、掬い上げおよび反転機構12の段階におい
て、2〜3%の割合で成形品が到来しない。この
