Before explaining the present invention, the first and second
A conventional automatic hanpen manufacturing device will be outlined with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a partial side sectional view of a conventional automatic hanpen manufacturing device (for example, see Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-33622), and Fig. 2 is a partial schematic perspective view thereof. In the figure, 1 is the raw material for hanpen. A hopper to which certain fish meat is supplied, 2 a molding machine for molding the fish meat supplied to the hopper 1 into a flat shape, and 3 a conveyor for transporting the molded product M from the molding machine 2 to a heating tank 4. . The heating tank 4 is filled with hot water, and a cloth conveyor 5 is stretched over the top. The lower side of this conveyor 5 is immersed in hot water, and the upper side circulates in the direction of arrow A. In addition,
6 is a guide plate for guiding the molded product M, 7 is a water wheel for generating a water flow in the heating tank, and 8 is a nozzle. Therefore, the heating tank 4 is heated by the conveyor 3.
The molded product M carried therein is guided to the lower surface of the fabric conveyor 5 by the water flow created by the spray from the water wheel 7 and the nozzle 8 while floating on the hot water surface in the heating tank, and is guided to the lower surface of the cloth conveyor 5. 5 and moves in the heating tank, and at the terminal end (left end), is guided to a guide plate 11 by a water wheel 9, a nozzle 10, etc., and is then scooped up by a scooping and reversing mechanism 12. It is then carried upwards and guided to the next processing device. The molded product led to the next processing device is subjected to treatments such as water washing, bleaching, sterilization, and draining, and then sequentially led to a packaging machine where it is packaged and shipped as a product.

However, according to the conventional apparatus described above, the molded product M carried into the heating tank 4 by the conveyor 3
is guided to the lower side of the conveyor 5 by the water flow generated by the spray from the water wheel 7 and the nozzle 8 while floating above the hot water in the heating tank 4, so the movement of the molded product is prevented in this section. In fact, 2-3% of the molded parts do not arrive at the stage of the scooping and reversing mechanism 12. The molded product that does not arrive remains in the heating tank and becomes overheated, resulting in a defective product due to loss of elasticity, moist surface, excessive expansion, etc.
In addition, since the packaging machine operates as if the molded products are sent in order and sequentially, even if the molded products do not arrive as mentioned above, they will be packaged as is, resulting in molded products that are empty. As a result, the yield was poor at a rate of 6 to 8%, which was the sum of the defective products and the empty packaging.

The present invention has been made to eliminate the drawbacks of the above-mentioned prior art, and the third and fourth points are as follows.
One embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings, but as is clear from the above description, the present invention
Since this solves the drawbacks of the prior art when transferring molded products from conveyor 3 to conveyor 5, only the structure of the relevant part is shown in detail, and other parts are given the same reference numbers or omitted. Shown.

Now, in FIGS. 3 and 4, 30 is a conveyor corresponding to the conveyor 3 shown in FIGS. It is then moved in the direction of arrow B, and is gradually immersed in the hot water in section L. Further, this conveyor 30 has a large number of compartments 31 arranged in an orderly manner, and these compartments 31 are sequentially moved in the direction of arrow B by a chain 32. In addition, in FIG. 3, 33 is a heat insulating plate, 34 is an opening for passing the molded product made by the molding machine 2 to the conveyor 30, and this opening 34 is provided by, for example, an air curtain or the like. This prevents steam from the heating tank from entering the molding machine and changing the quality of the molded product. Now, when the molded products M are supplied from the molding machine 2 to the compartments 31' below through the opening 34, these molded products M float on the hot water in the heating tank 4 and reach the rear surface 31a of the compartment. is pushed and moved, and is carried to the bottom surface of the conveyor 5. At time L when the molded product M is transferred from the conveyor 30 to the conveyor 5, the conveyors 30 and 5 are gradually immersed in the hot water, and the rear wall 31 of the compartment 31
When the upper end of a becomes below the molten metal level, the molded product M is completely transferred from the conveyor 30 to the lower surface of the conveyor 5, and is thereafter conveyed by the lower surface of the conveyor 5 in the same manner as in the conventional example described above. be done. In addition, if you put a net or a water-permeable sheet on the bottom of the compartment, you can store fish, fish balls, fish cakes, etc. that first sink in hot water or oil and then float only after being heated. Even in this case, the molded products can be delivered to the lower surface of the conveyor 5 in an orderly and reliable manner. Furthermore, it is easy to understand that the conveyor 30 is not limited to the structure shown in the drawings, and can be modified in various ways taking into consideration the structure of the molding machine 2, the moving speed of the conveyor 30, and the like.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the molded product M supplied from the molding machine 2 to the conveyor 30 is transferred to the conveyor 5 reliably and in an orderly manner by the compartment 31 provided in the conveyor 30. As a result, defective products and empty packaging are eliminated, and finished products with high yield and uniform quality can be obtained. In addition, since each molded product is transferred through a compartment, a guide plate is provided to guide the molded product into the heating tank, and a water wheel and a nozzle that generate a water flow to move the molded product toward the conveyor 5 are provided. Since there is no need to provide the above, the cost is not so high compared to the conventional technology.
