Claims (1)
- 光のエネルギに基づいて温度を検出する温度計
と、該温度計に一端を接続した光フアイバと、該
光フアイバの他端部に基端部を光学的に結合し、
その軸長方向に対して３８度以下の角度となつた
先端面を有するフアイバロツドとを備え、該フア
イバロツド先端部側方から入射し、前記先端面に
て反射される光を、該フアイバロツド及び前記光
フアイバにて前記温度計に伝播するようにしたこ
とを特徴とする温度センサ。
