Claims (1)
- 外筒の一端に回転用モータを固設し、この回転
用モータの出力軸と連結した送りねじ軸を前記外
筒内の中心に延在させ、一端に前記送りねじ軸に
螺合するナツトを固設した内筒を外筒内に挿入し
、内筒と外筒との間にボールスプライン軸受を介
装すると共に、内筒に設けられた前記ボールスプ
ライン軸受用のスプラインと外筒とをキャによつ
て係合して内筒を回り止めして成るアクチユエー
タ。
