In general, steel-framed buildings have high deformability during earthquakes. By the way, conventionally, when attaching an ALC panel to a steel frame, a support rod made of reinforcing steel is inserted into a mounting member fixed to the steel frame, and fixed by spot welding.
This support rod was inserted into a hole formed between the left and right joining end surfaces of the ALC panel, and the hole was filled with mortar. This allows the ALC panel to withstand external forces such as wind pressure.

However, the ALC panels are fixed together with mortar, and when the steel frame shakes due to a large earthquake, the ALC panels
It is not unthinkable that a large amount of force will be applied to the panel, causing some cracks to occur. Therefore, conventionally
When ALC panels are used as exterior walls, they are designed to easily absorb sliding displacement at the joints, but as the story height of a building increases, the amount of sliding at the side joints becomes extremely large. Furthermore, although the joints on the exterior walls of ALC panels are waterproofed with sealant, there is a risk that the sealant may break if large shear forces are applied.

This invention eliminates the conventional method of firmly fixing ALC panels to each other using mortar, and solves the above-mentioned problems by installing ALC panels that are dry and non-adhesive.

The present invention will be explained below with reference to illustrated embodiments. In the figure, A is an exterior wall panel, such as a precast concrete panel, especially an ALC panel, and B is a steel beam that forms the building frame.

The support rod 1 is made of, for example, an iron pipe or a half-split iron pipe, and a cushioning material 2 made of, for example, a rubber sheet is attached to the inner surface side, that is, the side of the building frame. Further, a screw hole 3 is provided on the intermediate inner surface of the support rod 1 so as to pass through the cushioning material 2. Semicircular grooves 4 are formed on the left and right sides of the exterior wall panel A, and the panels are arranged vertically and horizontally, and by facing the opposing grooves 4, vertical openings are created at the joints on the left and right sides of the panels. A handle hole 5 is formed. A fixed timber member 6 made of angle iron is placed along the upper flange of the steel beam B of the frame so as to partially protrude outside from the steel beam B.
is fixed by welding.

To install the exterior wall panel A in this way, the exterior wall panels A are installed side by side on the left and right, the support rods 1 are inserted from above into the handle holes 5 formed on the left and right sides of the exterior wall panel A, and the bolts passing through the fixed timber members 6 are installed. 7 is screwed into the screw hole 3 of the support rod 1 and fixed by tightening. In addition,
The support rod 1 is first temporarily supported by bolts 7 that pass through the fixed timber member 6, and for example, after erecting the outer wall panel A on the upper part, the bolts 7 are tightened to fix the support rod 1 and the bolts 7. Good too.

The mounting structure of this outer wall is as shown in Figure 5.
The external force acting outward on the outer wall panel A, indicated by the arrow, is resisted by the internal shearing force (indicated by the arrow) around the handle hole 5. Note that the external force acting inward on the outer wall panel A can be resisted by the timber members 6. Therefore, the support rod 1 may be half a pipe.

This invention has the above-described configuration, in which a support rod is slidably inserted in place of mortar at the joint of the outer wall panels, and the outer wall panels are not fixed to each other. Therefore, even if displacement occurs in the steel frame at the left and right vertical joints of the exterior wall panels during an earthquake, the exterior wall panels can shift and absorb the displacement. In this way, since this invention absorbs displacement at the vertical joints, compared to the conventional method of absorbing displacement at the horizontal joints at the top and bottom of the panel, theoretically the same steel frame structure can be deformed. When the floor height is 3m, the displacement is approximately 1/5, and the displacement to be absorbed becomes smaller. Furthermore, since the support rod is provided with a cushioning material on its inner surface, stress concentration on the outer wall panel can be prevented even when the bolts are tightened, and damage to the outer wall panel can be prevented.
