Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明はLNG、LPG等の低温液体中に潜没し
て低温液体を圧送する液中電動機の端子装置に関

り、侵透による絶縁不良をまねきやすい条件とな
つており、しかもサブマージドポンプ等はポンプ
部から圧送される低温液体の一部を電動機内へ送
入させ、電動機内を加圧冷却しているために、電
動機内部から端子装置へ低温液体が漏洩しやすく

以下本発明の一実施例を第1図および第2図を
参照して説明する。1は電動機のフレームであつ
てフレーム1には電動機の内外を貫通する貫通孔
2が設けられている。3は図示していない電動機
の固定子巻線に水密に接続し、ふつ素樹脂被膜で
覆つた内部ケーブル、4は端子部材であつて第3
図のようにつば部4aの一方に圧縮端子と同じ形
状にした電線接続部4bおよび他方は板端子状の
端子部4cとおねじ部4dとが形成してある。5
は端子部材4の電線接続部4bに内部ケーブル3
を圧縮接続した後に端子部4cとおねじ部4dを
除いた端子部材4と内部ケーブル3とをふつ素樹
脂被覆するふつ素樹脂膜である。このふつ素樹脂
膜5は端子部材4と内部ケーブル3とを接続した
ものを若干の隙間を形成して覆う型をつくり、そ
の型の中に端子部材4と内部ケーブル3とを入れ
た後350゜程度に熱したふつ素樹脂溶液を流し込
むことにより形成する。このようにすることによ
り内部ケーブル3を被覆しているふつ素樹脂被覆
と溶着して一体のふつ素樹脂膜が形成される。6
はフレーム1に設けた貫通孔2を水密に覆う絶縁
板であつてほぼ中心部に端子部材4の端子部4c
とおねじ部4dとが貫通する貫通孔6aを設けて
いる。7は絶縁板6の貫通孔6aを貫通した端子
部材4のおねじ部4dに螺合し、つば部4aの側
壁と絶縁板6の側壁とを圧接するナツトである。
尚、つば部4aと絶縁板6との間にふつ素樹脂性
のパツキンを入れてもよい。8は端子部4cにボ
ルト9で締付けしたL型金具であつてL型金具8
の他端には外部ケーブル9に固着する端子10が
ボルト11によつてねじ止めされている。12は
絶縁板6の左側の接続部を覆う蓋付の端子箱で、
この端子箱12内にはコンパウンド13が充填さ
れ接続部のシールをしている。尚、被膜材として
ふつ素樹脂を使用するのは耐薬品、耐低温、耐絶

パウンド13を充填して接続部を固めているので

けた絶縁板と、前記端子部材のつば部が前記電動
機の内方となるように前記絶縁板の貫通孔を貫通
した端子部材のおねじ部に螺合して前記絶縁板に

続部を囲む端子箱と、前記端子箱内に充填し前記
端子部と外部ケーブルとの接続部をシールしたコ
