と、第２位置にある前記トナー検知レバーの存在
を検知し所定の信号を出力するレバー検知手段と
が具備され、トナーが一定量以上存在している場
合は、前記トナー検知レバーの自由端部がトナー
によつて一定以上降下することが阻止されて検知
されず、一定量以下になると降下して前記検知手
段にて検知されるように構成されていることを特
