除霜運転終了後の暖房開始時の室外フアン回路数
と着霜進行時の室外フアン回転数とを比較して両
者の差を演算し設定値と比較する除霜開始条件比
較手段30と、該除霜開始条件比較手段30から
の信号を受けて除霜開始時期を判断する除霜開始
判断手段32と、該除霜開始判断手段32からの
信号を受けて除霜制御信号を外部へ出力する除霜
制御手段33とを付設したことを特徴とする空気
