FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an example of a conventional information provision system in this type of automatic telephone exchange. In FIG. 1, an automatic private branch exchange PBX is shown as an automatic telephone exchange to which the present invention is applied, and provides weather forecast information, etc. belonging to the public communication network CN as a remote-office automatic exchange equipped with an information provision service function. A central office automatic exchange CX is shown which is equipped with a telephone service device TS. When extension telephone A accommodated in the automatic private branch exchange PBX wishes to listen to the weather forecast information, it connects to the central office line as is well known, and then calls the public communication network CN for providing the weather forecast information. By dialing a predetermined number, a connection path P from the automatic private branch exchange PBX to the central office automatic exchange CX is set up, and via the connection path P, the extension telephone A receives the desired weather forecast. Listen to information from the telephone service device TS. When other telephone extensions B to N housed in the automatic private branch exchange PBX wish to listen to weather forecast information, they set up a connection path P using the same process as described above and listen to the weather forecast provided by the telephone service device TS. Listen to information.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. 2 and 3 are diagrams showing a talkie control system according to an embodiment of the present invention for the automatic private branch exchange shown in FIG. 1, in which FIG. 2 shows an information recording process, and FIG. It is a diagram showing a process. In Figure 2, extension telephone A, which has been given information recording qualifications, is connected to an automatic central telephone exchange within the public communications network CN (Figure 1), which is frequently used for listening within the automatic private branch exchange PBX (Figure 1). CX (1st
(Figure) equipped with telephone service equipment TS (first
When a call is made to record the weather forecast information provided by the talkie device TK on the talkie device TK, the central control device CC sets route 1 in the network NW by a known method and connects the extension telephone A to the calling register trunk. Connect to ORT. outgoing register trunk
When telephone extension A hears the dial tone returned from the ORT and dials the special number for information recording and the talkie device number, the central control unit CC determines that extension telephone A is authorized to record information using a known method. After confirming this, setting routes 2 and 3 in the network NW, and connecting extension telephone A and the talkie control trunk TCT, as well as the talkie control trunk TCT and the office line trunk COT, a recording ready signal is sent from the talkie control trunk TCT. is sent back to extension telephone A. The extension telephone A that has heard the recording ready signal is equipped with a telephone service device TS by dialing a predetermined number for providing weather forecast information on the public communication network CN, as in FIG. A connection path P leading to the central office automatic exchange CX is set up. When the extension telephone A confirms that the weather forecast information will be returned from the telephone service device TS via the connection path P and hooks up, the central controller CC receives the weather forecast information via the talkie control trunk TCT. Record the information on the talkie device TK.
Note that extension telephone A continues to listen to the weather forecast information being recorded. When extension telephone A tries hooking again to stop recording, central controller CC stops recording by talkie device TK and
The route 3 in the NW and the office line trunk COT are restored, the connection path P leading to the central office automatic exchange CX is also released, and a recording completion signal is sent back to the extension telephone A from the talkie control trunk TCT. When the extension telephone A that has heard the recording completion signal is restored, the central controller CC restores the route 2 in the network NW and the talkie control trunk TCT, and ends the information recording process. Next, in FIG. 3, extension telephone B makes a call to listen to weather forecast information.
As is well known, after listening to the dial tone returned from the outgoing register trunk ORT connected via route 1 in the network NW, dialing the special number for information listening and the talkie device number,
The central controller CC has route 2 in the network NW.
and set up extension B and talkie-controlled trunk.
TCT and have the talkie device TK send recorded weather forecast information back to extension telephone B.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to this embodiment, after the extension telephone A records weather forecast information provided from the central office automatic exchange CX in the talkie device TK, the telephone extension telephone A records the weather forecast information provided by the automatic private branch exchange CX in the talkie device TK. The extension telephone B that is used can listen to weather forecast information from the talkie device TK, and there is no need to set up a connection path P to the central office automatic exchange CX.

Note that FIGS. 2 and 3 are only one embodiment of the present invention; for example, the start of recording weather forecast information on the talkie device TK is not limited to when the extension telephone A is turned on, and Although it may be considered to use a response signal returned from the central office exchange CX, the effects of the present invention will not change in such a case. Further, termination of the weather forecast information on the talkie device TK is not limited to the operation by hooking up the extension telephone A, and it is also possible to automatically terminate the information after a predetermined period of time has passed; however, the present invention also applies in such a case. The effect of is unchanged. In addition, it is also considered that information recording is not limited to extension telephone A that has been given information recording qualifications, but can be carried out by any extension telephone, and conversely, information listening can be performed from general extension telephone B. However, the present invention is not limited to specific extension telephones that are authorized to listen to information, but the effects of the present invention remain the same in either case. Furthermore, the subject of the present invention is to transmit weather forecast information provided by the central office automatic exchange CX belonging to the public communication network CN to the automatic private branch exchange PBX.
It is not limited to what is recorded and provided by
The effect remains the same even if it is an arbitrary automatic telephone exchange that has a connection path to another automatic telephone exchange that is equipped with the function of providing arbitrary information.

As described above, according to the present invention, even when a telephone housed in an automatic telephone exchange frequently uses information provided by another automatic telephone exchange, it is not necessary to set up a connection path to the other automatic exchange each time. This greatly reduces the load on the various resources that make up the connection path.
