- 表面に導電回路パターンを設けた絶縁板の外周
の余白部に透孔または切欠けを設けかつ、前記透
孔または切欠けと接続する長溝を設けた内層基板
と前記内層基板の上下に外層基板をプリプレグ層
を介して接続したことを特徴とする多層印刷配線
板。
